What will you choose? Statistically only 45% people make resolutions any more. Of those who do only 8% stay committed to whatever change they wanted to make in the New Year, according to Forbes. These statistics vaguely remind me of how only 20% of working Americans are living their passions. Leaving 80% of people to be simply going through the motions of life, rather than living it.
I prefer to look at the changes I want to make in my life as an evolution. What are the areas in my life that I want to improve, to take to the next level? And how am I going to do that?
Answer this question: On a scale of 1-10, how would you rate yourself today, in regard to living your optimal life? Or living your true passions to their fullest? And Why?
Then look at what areas of life you want to improve to bring it to a 10. What will you do to impact change in that area? How can I or others in your life support you? (Because we all need support to impact change in our life.)
For example, you have been hearing me speak of “Self Care is the new health care”. My plan is to improve how I care for myself. That means setting aside time twice a day for my meditations, giving myself time each morning to do my morning rituals completely, and making sure I end my day with a gratitude journal.
I want to really share the authentic me with the world. In order to do that I have to be fully in touch with the authentic me first, right? As do you, if you want to live your authentic, passion filled life, full out.
So, how can I help you? I am passionate about serving others and helping people live their life as a perfect 10. If I can be of service to you, please reach out to me by phone, email or click on my scheduling tool to schedule a free consultation.
Let’s make 2015 the best year ever!
